Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream Recipe
Avocado Ice cream is so fresh, creamy, healthy, and tasty.
A real treat for hot summer days
Let's try this recipe. You will love the mix between pistachio and avocado.

Ingredients
1. 2 large or 3 small avocados
2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
3. 70 gr of agave syrup or maple syrup
4. 60 gr of almond milk
5. 100 gr pistachio paste
Recipe
1. Mix the flesh of the avocados with lemon juice, agave syrup, almond milk, and pistachio paste for about 2-3 minutes.
2. The texture should be smooth.
3. Pour the preparation into a mold.
4. Freeze for at least 6 hours. (preferably one night)
5. Take the ice cream out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before eating.
6. Add the toppings: chocolate chips, pieces of pistachio, nuts, etc.
The ice cream is done!! You can enjoy it now.
