Chocolate Butter Donut Cake Recipe

Ingredients for a 24 cm mold
• 220 gr flour
• 150 gr melted butter
• 190 gr cane sugar
•3 eggs
• 90 gr milk
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 125 gr dark chocolate
To garnish (optional but highly greedy step)
• 3 tablespoons of hazelnut spread
• 1 tablespoon of water
Preparations
1. Melt the butter together with the dark chocolate in a saucepan in a bain-marie.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained.
3. Add the melted chocolate and butter to the previous mixture.
4. Then the milk, alternating the flour with the sifted yeast.
5. Mix until everything is amalgamated, with a spatula from the bottom to top. Turn on your oven at 170 degrees.
6. Grease and flour a donut mold. Pour the mixture.
7. Cook for about 45 minutes.
8. Before taking the donut out of the oven, test the toothpick, which must be dry.
9. Remove from your oven and leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.
10. Once turned upside down on a serving dish.
11. Pour over the hazelnut cream that we have cooled and lengthened with water.
