Muffin
A muffin is a baked product individually portioned.

Chocolate muffins
Ingredients (6 muffins)
• 2 eggs ⁃100g of sugar
• 100g of dark chocolate
• 75g of butter
• 80g of flour
• 1 tsp of cocoa
• 1/2 tsp of yeast
• 50g of dark chocolate in pieces
• Cupcake and muffin pan
Preparation
1. Melt the butter with the chocolate.
2. Until the mixture begins to turn white, Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Mix well
4. Add the melted chocolate with the butter and finally the pieces of chocolate.
5. Put the boxes in a muffin tin and fill them with batter to the top.
6. Bake for about 20 min at 180 ° C.
