Bolognese Sauce
Bolognese sauce is the best meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, In the city of Bologna in Italy.
It is traditionally familiar with dress tagliatelle al ragù and to prepare lasagne alla bolognese sause.
Ingredients (2 people)
• 250g of pasta
• 200g of minced meat
• 1 grated carrot
• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp sweet pepper
• 1/2 tsp of cumin
• Salt and pepper
1. Cook the pasta.
2. In a saucepan, brown the garlic in olive oil and then the minced meat until it browns.
3. Add carrots, tomatoes, and spices.
4. Cover with the water and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
