Pear Walnuts And Honey Upside Down Cake
Ingredients for a 20 cm mold
•2 eggs
• 100 g ricotta
• 120 g brown sugar
• 70 ml corn oil
• 180 g flour
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 2 pears
• nuts to taste
Preparations
1. In a bowl with a spatula, mix the ricotta with the sugar.
2. Add one egg at a time, and then gradually add the oil while continuing to mix.
3. Add the spoonful of honey, and finally, the sifted flour together with the baking powder.
4. Grease and flour the mold, preheating the oven to 180 degrees in static mode.
5. Pour the mixture into the mold, and the sliced pears and the crumbled walnuts lay on the surface.
6. Cook for 35 minutes.
