Lemon Zest Donut Cake With Almonds And Dried Plums
Ingredients
•2 eggs
• 150 g sugar
• 125 ml of whipping cream
• 90 g seed oil
• orange or lemon zest
• 250 g flour
• 1 sachet of yeast
• 50 g peeled and chopped almonds
• 4/5 blended dried plums
• 50 g raw cane sugar

Preparations
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and the lemon zest until the mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Add the oil flush with the whips in motion and then the cream.
3. Sift the flour together with the baking powder.
4. Gradually add to the previous mixture.
5. Chop the almonds, blend the prunes with the brown sugar and add everything to the dough.
6. Turn the oven to 180 degrees in static mode.
7. Grease and flour a donut mold.
8. Pour the mixture into it and cook for about 35 minutes.
9. Test it with a toothpick before taking it out of the oven.
10. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
