Caramel Pecan Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients : (For 4 people)
• 60 g of milk chocolate
• 100 g of dark chocolate
• 40 g of dark chocolate in small pieces
• 120 g butter
• 2 eggs
• 150 g of sugar
• 40 g of flour
• 2 pinches of fleur de sel
• 125 g of pecans
• 80 g sugar
• 20 g of water
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Butter a mold.
2. Caramelize the pecans: In a saucepan, pour the water and sugar, bring to a boil.
3. After a few minutes (the mixture should brown), add the pecans and mix well.
4. Place on a sheet of baking paper and let cool.
5. When the nuts are excellent, cut them into pieces with a knife.
6. Melt the milk chocolate, 100 g of dark chocolate, and the butter. Mix well.
7. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the chocolate mixture to the bowl.
8. Stir in the flour and fleur de sel. Add the nuts and mix gently, incorporating the rest of the dark chocolate into pieces.
9. Pour into a mold and bake for 35-40min.
