Chocolate Brownie
Simply brownie or chocolate brownie is a rectangular square or chocolate-baked confection.
Brownies come in various forms and may be either cakey or fudgy, depending on their density.
They may include chocolate chips, nuts, cream cheese, frosting, or other ingredients.
Ingredients
1. 4 eggs
2. 120 g of sugar
3. 200 g of butter
4. 240 g of dark chocolate
5. 60 g of flour
6. 100 g of walnuts
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 165°.
2. Line a mold with parchment paper.
3. Melt the butter and the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside.
4. Beat eggs and sugar for 5 min.
5. The mixture should turn white and creamy.
6. Then delicately incorporate the melted chocolate in 3 batches.
7. Add the sifted flour then 60 g of crushed walnut kernels.
8. Save the rest to decorate the top.
9. Pour the preparation into the mold, smooth the top and garnish with walnut kernels.
10. Bake for 20min.
Enjoy still hot or cold after a night in the fridge.
